Terms of Service
By using Autosify Studio you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language and apply to consumers in the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Türkiye.
1. Service description
Autosify Studio is an AI visualization tool that simulates surface and material changes on photos you upload. Results are visual approximations, not exact reproductions, and do not constitute professional advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. User content
You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited, time-bound (24h) right to process them solely to generate the requested visualization. We do not use them to train AI models.
4. Acceptable use
No uploading content you don't own, no inappropriate content (NSFW, violent, hateful), no attempts to disrupt the service, no scraping at scale.
5. Vendor leads
If you submit a contact form, we share your details only with the vendor you explicitly selected. We are not the vendor and do not warrant the vendor's performance, pricing, or installation quality.
6. Pricing & subscriptions
The consumer-facing service is free in its current form. Premium features may be introduced; pricing in EUR, including VAT where applicable.
7. Right of withdrawal
Where a paid digital service is purchased, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal unless they expressly waive it for immediately delivered digital content (Art. 16 CRD).
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." We are liable only for damages arising from intent or gross negligence, except where mandatory consumer law requires broader liability.
9. Governing law
For consumers in the EU/EEA, the law of your country of residence applies in addition to these terms. For others, the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye have jurisdiction.
